Dawn Chisholm

Dawn is qualified as an expert witness in occupational therapy and life care planning (Supreme Court of British Columbia and Court of Queen’s and King’s Bench of Alberta).

A practicing occupational therapist for three decades, Dawn leads culturally-relevant clinical assessments in Canada—from BC and Alberta to Yukon and Nunavut (where she has live-work experience).

Dawn works with children and adults to perform complete functional assessments (physical, cognitive, and psychosocial) in the settings most meaningful to them. Functional Capacity Evaluations and Cognitive Functional Capacity Evaluations are part of Dawn's assessment toolbox.
