Donna Finkbeiner is a Registered Nurse with more than 25 years’ experience who has certifications in Life Care Planning and Case Management. She has an independent practice providing services such as Life Care Planning, Medical Cost Projections, Life Care Plan Critiques and field case management. She has experience in adult and pediatric intensive care, home health, public health, rehabilitation and federal government disability adjudication. Donna will work with you and liaise with all interested parties to provide a consistent and coordinated plan. All work is done in a timely manner with reports that support your objectives.
