After graduating from Florida State University in 2001, Mrs. Sedille began working in the senior living industry. As an Army spouse for 10 years, she moved to various army posts working in rehab, assisted, and skilled nursing facilities. Mrs. Sedille received her M.ED Administration from Strayer University in 2011. After moving back to S. Florida in 2013 with her son and current husband, she worked as the Director of Memory Care in several facilities. In 2016, she transitioned into Home Health Care, working in both Medicare and private duty aspects of the business. In 2021, she joined Paradise Home Health Care, a private duty Nurse Registry licensed in Palm Beach and Broward Counties. As their Family Liaison, she assists families in navigating through the senior living process. Paradise and Mrs. Sedille realizes that all clients, families, and situations are unique, which is evident by the style in which the business is run. Specifically, she provides Care Management for Paradise clients needing more tailored care and guidance. In her personal life, Mrs. Sedille is extremely proud of her Husband (an Army Veteran) and her son who left for Basic Training in July 2023. She is also an animal lover who loves spending time with her three dogs. In addition to her CGCM, Mrs. Sedille is also a CSA (Certified Senior Advisor, and CMDCP (Certified Montessori Dementia Care Practitioner)
