Certified Medical Cost Projection Specialist (CMCPS) and also a Certified Life Care Planner (CLCP) with DeCo Education and Consulting. Forensic/Legal medical and dental cost projections for reserves or settlements of personal injury and Workers' Compensation casework. Collaborative resource with CLCPs for comprehensive oral-facial and dental care cost projections within Life Care Plans. Evidence-based medical/dental analysis and reporting. Ms. Riley is a 1998 graduate of Sinclair College in Dayton, Ohio. She completed her Baccalaureate with Wright State University and Master of Science with Boston University. Amber is an RDH Advisory Board Member to the Oral Cancer Foundation, a subject matter consultant serving dozens of state dental boards, and a Forensic Dental Consultant for the San Diego County Office of the Medical Examiner. She is a forensic consultant to the California Office of Emergency Services and the California Dental Identification team. She is a Federal Safety and Occupational Health Specialist & member of the forensic dental unit of the U.S. Government disaster mortuary operational response team (DMORT). Ms. Riley is a professional risk and liability consultant specializing in the dental sciences to national medical/dental liability insurance brokerages. Amber is a team partner, trainer and educator within multi-disciplinary task forces of healthcare providers and law enforcement professionals for matters of criminal harm, human abuse and human trafficking recognition and documentation the United States. She provides training to multidisciplinary health and dental care providers for awareness, recognition, documentation and reporting standards for patient harm, abuse, and human trafficking. Ms. Riley is President of the American Society of Forensic Odontology, Fellow of the American Academy of Forensic Sciences, Fellow of the International Association of Coroners and Medical Examiners, Member of the California Dental Hygienists’ Association and an Associate Member of the American Academy for Oral Systemic Health. She is an internationally recognized speaker providing continuing education programs for dental and medical professionals covering oral and systemic pathologies, forensic odontology, and the use and misuse of therapeutic and illicit pharmacology.
